摘  要:[目的]为提高款冬种苗的产量和品质,探索适合的瓶外快繁技术。[方法]筛选组培快繁生产的无菌壮苗及其种子,采用不同基质、不同配比生长激素等进行试验研究。[结果]森林土∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=2∶1∶1是较适合的播种基质,平均出苗率可达96.1%,生长20 d后平均苗高2.5 cm;珍珠岩∶蛭石∶草炭土=1∶1∶1是幼茎压条繁殖的良好基质,压条用6-BA 2 mg/L+IBA 1 mg/L的生长调节剂处理后不定芽分化效果较好,增殖倍数达4.78;埋根繁殖时,6-BA 3 mg/L+IBA 1 mg/L是较理想的灌根液配比,可使根部不定芽呈5.05倍增殖,断根移栽后幼苗生长良好。[结论]款冬瓶外快繁技术是瓶内快繁的有效补充,可进一步提升款冬苗木生产的产量与质量,为款冬花大规模工厂化生产提供技术支持。[Objective]The aim was to further improve the yield and quality of Tussilago farfara seedlings.[Method]The sterile strong seedlings and their seeds produced by tissue culture and rapid propagation were screened,and different substrates and different ratios of growth hormones were used for experimental research.[Result]Forest soil∶vermiculite∶perlite=2∶1∶1 was a more suitable sowing substrate,with an average seedling emergence rate of 96.1%and an average seedling height of 2.5 cm after 20 days of growth;perlite∶vermiculite∶peat soil=1∶1∶1 was a good substrate for the propagation of young stems by layering.After the layering is treated with the growth regulator of 6-BA 2 mg/L+IBA 1 mg/L,the differentiation effect of adventitious buds is better,and the multiplication multiple is 4.78;when the roots are buried,6-BA 3 mg/L+IBA 1 mg/L is an ideal ratio of root irrigation solution,which can make the root adventitious buds multiply by 5.05 times,and the seedlings grow well after root cutting and transplanting.[Conclusion]The technique of rapid propagation outside the bottle is an effective supplement to the rapid propagation inside the bottle of T.farfara,It can further improve the yield and quality of T.farfara seedling production,so as to provide technical support for large-scale factory production of T.farfara.
