摘　　要：[目的]研究生长延缓剂对盆栽元宝枫的控冠效应。[方法]试验以2年生盆栽元宝枫为材料,对其叶片喷施不同浓度的多效唑(PP333)和矮壮素(CCC),测量元宝枫各项生长指标和叶绿色含量,并对药害程度进行测定。[结果]300 mg/L多效唑对其生长有明显延缓作用,叶面积、叶柄长、节间长度、株高净增长量均显著低于对照(P<0.05),且叶片叶绿素含量有相应提高。1 mL/L的矮壮素不能明显缩短其节间长度与植株高度,2~5 mL/L的矮壮素均有药害发生,不推荐矮壮素作为盆栽元宝枫喷施控冠的生长延缓剂。[结论]可为盆栽元宝枫的栽培提供理论参考。[Objective]The aim was to study the effect of growth retardants on the crown control of potted Acer truncatum.[Method]The leaves of the 2-year-old potted A.truncatum were sprayed with different concentrations of paclobutrazol(PP333)and chlormequat(CCC).The growth indexes and the content of leaf green were measured,and the degree of drug damage was determined.[Result]The results showed that 300 mg/L PP333 had a significant retarding effect on its growth.The net growth of leaf area,petiole length,internode length,and plant height were significantly lower than those of the control(P<0.05).The length of internode and the height of plant could not be significantly shortened by 1 ml/L,and the key occurred by 2-5 mL/L.[Conclusion]It could provide theoretical reference for the cultivation of potted A.truncatum.
