摘　　要：72A是四川省农业科学院水稻高粱研究所利用糯保持系张2B和Tx623B通过杂交、回交等方式选育的优质糯高粱不育系。该不育系具有不育性稳定、早熟、抗丝黑穗病、中抗叶病、用途多样等特点。利用该不育系已组配出泸糯1号、蜀草1号等优质酿酒和饲草高粱品种。为更好推动72A所配品种的高效推广与应用,根据72A的生长特性,研究总结了其高产高效繁殖制种技术要点。72A is a high-quality waxy sorghum sterile line bred by Rice and Sorghum Research Institute of Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences,using waxy maintainer lines Zhang 2B and Tx623B through hybridization and backcross.The sterile line has the characteristics of stable sterility,early maturity,resistance to head smut,medium resistance to leaf disease,and various uses.In order to better promote the efficient promotion and application of the varieties bred by 72A,the high-quality liquor-making and forage sorghum varieties such as Lunuo 1 and Shucao 1 have been combined with the sterile line.According to the growth characteristics of 72A,the key points of high-yield and high-efficiency breeding and seed production technology were studied and summarized.
