空盒气压表示值检定的不确定度评定

摘　　要：空盒气压表广泛地应用于各领域,是测量大气压力的常规仪器。根据JJG 272-2007《空盒气压表和空盒气压计检定规程》规定的空盒气压表检定方法与JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的GUM法评定测量不确定度,本文阐述了仪表示值检定的方法与数据的处理,同时分析了空盒气压表的示值检定各输入量的来源和影响,叙述了各个来源的不确定度分量评定方法,并对其进行了计算,最后对示值检定的扩展不确定度进行了评定,为空盒气压表的计量检定工作的不确定度评定方法提供参考。Aneroid barometer is widely used in various fields and is a conventional instrument for measuring atmospheric pressure.According to the verification method of aneroid barometer specified in JJG 272-2007《Verification Regulation of Aneroid Barometer and Aneroid Barograph》and the GUM method in JJF1059.1-2012《Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement》to evaluate measurement uncertainty,this article describes the method and data processing of instrument indication verification,analyzes the source and impact of each input quantity in the indication verification of aneroid barometer,describes the evaluation method of uncertainty components caused by each source,and calculates them,Finally,the expanded uncertainty of indication verification is evaluated,providing a reference for the uncertainty evaluation method of the metrological verification of aneroid barometer.
