摘 要:海上油田缆控智能分层注水技术减少常规测调成本,同时实现注水数据的长期动态监测,但聚合物溶液通过配注器时粘度损失达到40%~70%。本文通过设计新型摩阻管结构进行保粘,同时对流量测试单元进行优化,研制了海上油田大排量高保粘智能注聚工作筒,室内评价表明在不同注入排量下:工作筒开度≥50%,保粘率均在85%以上;采用的电磁流量计单层排量在≥500m^(3)/d条件下,测试误差可控制在5%以内。试验过程中,智能注聚工作筒内各部件信号传输通畅,各参数测量准确,各项性能指标均达到了预期,满足海上油田大排量分层注聚需要,为缆控智能注聚技术的推广应用提供了技术支持。The intelligent layered water injection technology with cable control in offshore oil fields reduces the cost of conventional testing and adjustment,while achieving long-term dynamic monitoring of water injection data.However,when the polymer solution passes through the injector,the viscosity loss reaches 40%-70%.This article designs a new type of friction tube structure to maintain viscosity,while optimizing the flow testing unit,and develops a large displacement and high viscosity intelligent polymer injection working cylinder for offshore oil fields.The indoor evaluation shows that under different injection displacement,the opening of the working cylinder is≥50%,the viscosity retention rate is above 85%;The single layer displacement of the electromagnetic flowmeter used can be controlled within 5%of the testing error under the condition of≥500m^(3)/d;During the experiment,the signal transmission of various components in the intelligent polymer injection working cylinder was smooth,the measurement of various parameters was accurate,and all performance indicators met expectations,meeting the needs of large-scale layered polymer injection in offshore oil fields.This provides technical support for the promotion and application of cable controlled intelligent polymer injection technology.
