摘　　要：针对传统变压器冷却监控系统中使用继电器存在的故障率高、故障排查困难、功能单一且无法自动控制的问题,提出了一种基于PLC的新型智能变压器冷却监控系统。首先,对智能冷却监控系统、冷却柜以及PLC控制模块进行介绍,然后设计了监控系统中PLC控制模块和包含的各种传感器,最后将监控系统中具体实现的功能进行分析,包括变压器负荷监测、油温监测以及双电源和冷却器自投等。系统以PLC为控制核心,在监测冷却系统运行参数的同时,对冷却系统发出自动控制指令,实现了实时在线监控,有效降低了故障风险。工程运行表明,该系统功能齐全,运行可靠,自动化程度高,能够及时发现并解决故障,满足了变电站中安全提升的要求。A new intelligent transformer cooling monitoring system based on PLC is proposed to solve the problems of high failure rate,difficult troubleshooting,single function and unable to be controlled automatically in the traditional transformer cooling monitoring system.Firstly,the intelligent cooling monitoring system,cooling cabinet and PLC control module are introduced,then the PLC control module and various sensors in the monitoring system are designed,and finally the specific functions of the monitoring system are analyzed,including transformer load monitoring,oil temperature monitoring,dual power supply and cooler automatic switching,etc.Taking PLC as the control core,the system sends automatic control instructions to the cooling system while monitoring the operating parameters of the cooling system,realizing real-time online monitoring and effectively reducing the risk of failure.The project operation shows that the system has complete functions,reliable operation,high degree of automation,can find and solve faults in time,and meets the requirements of safety improvement in substations.
