摘  要:提升教育考试组织管理水平是适应教育考试发展规律和发展趋势的内在要求,美术统考组织管理工作直接关系到考试的规范、安全和有序,更反映了组织学校的管理水平。福建省美术统考考试群体规模大,考试组织与管理面临着参与部门较多、考点分布较分散、工作协调难度大、程序化执行不到位、考试舞弊未归零、考试组织周期长、考后总结反馈不足等挑战。从全员、全程、全方位,精细化、程序化、信息化的角度增强福建省美术统考的组织管理,更好地促进考务工作高质量发展,进一步维护考试的规范性、严肃性和权威性有着重要意义。Improving the organizational and management level of education exams is an inherent requirement to adapt to the development laws and trends of education exams.The organizational and management work of art unified exams is directly related to the standardization,safety,and order of exams,and also reflects the management level of organizing schools.The scale of the art unified examination group in Fujian Province is large,and the organization and management of the examination face challenges such as a large number of participating departments,scattered distribution of examination points,difficulty in work coordination,inadequate procedural execution,exam fraud not returning to zero,long exam organization cycle,and insufficient feedback after the exam.It is of great significance to enhance the organization and management of Fujian Province's art unified examination from the perspective of full staff,full process,all-round,refined,procedural,and information-based,in order to better promote the high-quality development of examination work and further maintain the standardization,seriousness,and authority of the examination.
