摘　　要：海南自由贸易港建设和海南经济社会全面发展都需要海南建立起一个合意的产业体系,海南未能随着其他地区一同完成工业化过程,其产业结构和体系存在许多不合理,不能满足当今和未来发展的需要。以高新技术为引领,根据海南发展的实际,确定产业发展的负面清单,大力促进不同形式的产业融合,以特定种类的产品和服务为核心构建产业融合方式,实现对于传统工业化的替代,建立一个高质量的产业体系,增强海南在国际国内经济循环中的竞争力,并以此形塑新的具有特色的区域文化,全面提高海南政治经济社会文化生态建设的水平。To establish a desirable industrial system is the requirement of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and the comprehensive development of Hainan's economy and society.Hainan has not completed the industrialization process together with other regions,and its industrial structure and system have many unreasonable aspects,which cannot meet the needs of current and future development.Hainan should take high-tech as the lead,determine the negative list of industrial development based on its own development reality,vigorously promote different forms of industrial integration,build industrial integration methods with specific types of products and services as the core,achieve substitution for traditional industrialization,establish a high-quality industrial system,so as to enhance Hainan's competitiveness in the international and domestic economic cycle.And based on this,a new and distinctive regional culture will be formed and the level of political,economic,social,and cultural ecological construction in the province could be comprehensively improved.
