摘　　要：乡村兴,百姓安,国家稳。乡村振兴,人才是关键,青年人才是主力军。乡村振兴是青年需要扛起的重任,青年成长与乡村发展同频共振,乡村是青年发展的沃土,青年在乡村沃土中绽放。但是,结合有关政策和现实情况来看,当前我国青年在参与乡村振兴的进程中存在“制度不完善”“乡村难就业”“文化不认同”等问题。通过分析青年参与乡村振兴的现实困境后,提出完善青年人才“引”“用”“留”的政策,发展乡村产业,塑造乡土文化等措施,助力青年与乡村实现双向奔赴。The country is stable when rural regions are prosperous and the people live and work in peace.Talent is the key to rural revitalization,and young talents are the main force.Rural revitalization is an important task that young people need to shoulder.Youth growth and rural development resonate at the same frequency.The countryside is the fertile soil for youth development.However,according to the relevant policies and realities,there are some problems in the process of China's youth participation in rural revitalization,such as imperfect system,difficult employment in rural areas and cultural disapproval.After analyzing the practical difficulties of young people's participation in rural revitalization,this paper puts forward some measures,including improving the talent policy in terms of introduction,use and retention for young talents,developing rural industries,and shaping local culture,so as to help young people and rural areas make efforts towards the same goal.
