信息化背景下高校图书馆资料管理优化——以咸阳师范学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：高校图书馆资料管理看似微不足道,却是图书馆管理水平的一个缩影。信息化时代下图书馆资料管理工作的效率、管理及时性都有一定的提升,但管理难度也日益提高。以信息化时代对图书馆资料管理的影响为切入点,分析信息化时代背景下推进咸阳师范学院图书馆资料管理创新的必要性。基于当前咸阳师范学院图书馆资料管理中存在的管理制度不完善,管理队伍专业性不强,管理模式和管理方法陈旧单一的现实问题,提出相应的优化策略,对图书馆资料管理工作的规范化和科学化起到促进作用。The information management of university library seems to be insignificant,but it is a microcosm of the level of library management.Under the information age,the efficiency and timeliness of library information management have been improved to a certain extent.But management is increasingly difficult.Based on the impact of the information age on library information management,this paper analyzes the necessity of promoting library information management innovation in Xianyang Normal University against the background of the information age.In view of the current problems in the management of the library materials of Xianyang Normal University,such as the imperfect management system,the weak professionalism of the management team and the obsolete and single management mode and method,this paper puts forward some corresponding optimization strategies,it will promote the standardization and scientization of library information management.
