纳米对位芳纶纤维及壳聚糖LBL组装阻燃棉织物的火灾安全性能研究

摘  要:以壳聚糖(CS)为阳离子溶液,以芳纶纤维(ANF)为阴离子溶液,通过层层自组装技术阻燃整理棉织物,通过锥形量热仪测试(CCT)、微型量热仪测试(MCC)、热重-红外联用测试(TG-IR)研究阻燃棉织物的火灾安全性能。锥形量热仪(CCT)的结果表明:芳纶纤维/壳聚糖阻燃棉织物的热释放速率峰值(PHRR)比纯棉织物降低5.5%,CO_(2)释放速率降低9.5%,总生烟量(TSP)、烟释放速率峰值(PSPR)都有所降低;微型量热仪(MCC)测试的结果表明:芳纶纤维/壳聚糖阻燃棉织物的热释放速率峰值比纯棉织物的热释放速率峰值降低57%;TGIR测试表明,芳纶纤维/壳聚糖阻燃棉织物具有较好的脱水成炭的能力。测试结果可以推断出芳纶纤维/壳聚糖阻燃棉织物的主要阻燃机理为气相阻燃机理,说明芳纶纤维/壳聚糖阻燃棉织物的阻燃性能、抑烟性能和火灾安全性能显著提高。This paper used chitosan(CS)as cationic solution and aramid fiber(ANF)as anionic solution to prepare flame retardant cotton fabric by layer-by-layer self-assemble technique(LBL).The fire safety performance of flame retardant cotton fabric was studied by cone calorimeter test(CCT),microcalorimeter(MCC)and thermogravimetric analysis/infrared spectrometry(TG-IR).The CCT results revealed that the peak heat release rate(PHRR)and CO_(2) release rate of flame retardant aramid fiber/chitosan cotton fabric were 5.5%and 9.5%lower than that of pure cotton fabric.The total smoke production(TSP)and peak smoke release rate(PSPR)values of flame retardant cotton fabric were both decreased.The MCC results showed that PHRR value of flame retardant aramid fiber/chitosan cotton fabric was decreased by 57%compared with that of pure cotton fabric.TG-IR results showed that flame retardant aramid fiber/chitosan cotton fabric had a good ability of dehydrating into carbon.It can be deduced that the main flame retardant mechanism of flame retardant aramid fiber/chitosan cotton fabric was gas phase flame retardant mechanism,which indicated that the flame retardant performance,smoke suppression performance and fire safety performance of flame retardant aramid fiber/chitosan cotton fabric were significantly improved.
