摘 要:化工园区水资源消耗大。在新鲜水供应限制条件下,开展化工园区尺度的水资源节约集约利用研究有重要的现实意义。分解园区水网络系统成若干单元,建立用水单元、中间水道、再生水处理和废水接收超结构模型以及对应的数学模型;在此基础上,建立园区水网络系统超结构物理模型及其混合整数非线性规划(MINLP)数学模型。以最小年均总成本为优化目标,探究了在新鲜水供应条件下的多种水资源高效利用情景及对应的水网络系统结构变化情形。当新鲜水供应量在1200 t·h^(-1)以下时,园区年均总成本减少22.59%,新鲜水用量减少22.88%;当新鲜水供应量在800 t·h^(-1)以下时,园区年均总成本增加24.97%,新鲜水用量减少53.44%。Chemical industrial parks consume huge volumes of water resources.Under freshwater supply constraints,it is of great practical significance to carry out park-wide water resource conservation and intensive utilization.The park-wide water system is decomposed into four units,i.e.,water using unit,water main,regeneration treatment unit,and wastewater receiving unit.Both their correpongding superstructure models and mathematical models are established.On this basis,the park-wide superstructure model and mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)are presented.Taking the minimum total annual cost as the optimization objective,four scenarios and the corresponding structural changes of water network systems under freshwater supply constraints are investigated.When the volume of freshwater supply is below 1200 t·h^(-1),its total annual cost was decreased by 22.59%,and the corresponding use of freshwater is reduced by 22.88%.When the volume of freshwater supply is below 800 t·h^(-1),its total annual cost increases by 24.97%,and the corresponding use of fresh water is reduced by 53.44%.
