摘  要:以12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体橡胶为研究对象,通过正交试验的方法,运用ABAQUS和FE-SAFE联合仿真对胎体胶疲劳寿命进行预测,采用极差分析确定了胎体橡胶配方中炭黑、不溶性硫黄和促进剂的最佳用量,实现以提高胎体胶疲劳寿命为目的的实验配方优化。结果表明,当配方中N326、OT-20和DZ的用量(质量份)分别为60份,4.375份和1.6份时,胎体橡胶有较高的疲劳寿命;相较于原始的配方设计,优化后的胎体橡胶疲劳寿命提升了22.5%,满足了胎体橡胶疲劳寿命优化的实验目的。Since carcass rubber damage is one of the main forms of all-steel radial tire failure,this study takes 12R22.5 all-steel radial tire carcass rubber as the research object,through orthogonal test method,ABAQUS and FE-SAFE joint simulation are used to predict the fatigue life of carcass rubber,and the optimal dosage of carbon black and insoluble sulfur accelerator in carcass rubber formula is determined by range analysis,so as to realize the experimental formula optimization for the purpose of improving the fatigue life of carcass rubber.The results showed that when the mass dosages of N326,OT-20 and DZ in the formula were 60,4.375 and 1.6 parts,respectively,the carcass rubber had a higher fatigue life,and compared with the original formula design,the fatigue life of the optimized carcass rubber was increased by 22.5%,which met the experimental purpose of carcass rubber fatigue life optimization.
