摘 要:直播稻种子易受淹水胁迫,致使发芽率、成苗率显著降低,最终导致水稻严重减产。本研究基于因子分析法对311份籼稻材料进行耐淹性鉴定。芽期主要对发芽率、根长、芽长进行综合评价,苗期主要对成苗率、根长、株高、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重、地上部干重、地下部干重进行综合评价。通过构建芽期、苗期强耐淹性品系筛选综合得分模型,芽期鉴定筛选出31份强耐淹性品系,苗期鉴定筛选出3个芽苗期强耐淹且苗期强恢复力品系R323、R70、R607,其中R323为芽苗期耐淹性鉴定中筛选出的最佳强耐淹性品系,为水稻轻简化育种提供了材料与数据支撑。The seeds of direct seeding rice are vulnerable to flooding stress,which resulted in significant decrease of germination rate and seedling rate,and finally resulted in serious yield reduction of rice.The submergence tolerance of 311 indica rice varieties(lines)was evaluated based on factor analysis.The germination rate,root length and bud length were evaluated comprehensively at bud stage,while the seedling rate,root length,plant height,fresh weight of aboveground part,fresh weight of underground part,dry weight of aboveground part and dry weight of underground part were evaluated comprehensively at seedling stage.By establishing a comprehensive score model of strong submergence tolerance at bud stage and seedling stage,31 lines with strong submergence tolerance at bud stage were screened out,and three lines of R323,R70 and R607 with strong submergence tolerance and resilience at seedling stage were screened out at seedling stage,among which R323 was the best line with strong submergence tolerance at bud and seedling stage.It provided material and data support for light and simplified rice breeding.
