摘 要:目的 掌握四川省疟疾流行县(区)中华按蚊密度分布及季节消长趋势,为评估输入性疟疾再传播风险提供科学依据。方法 选取12个县(区)作为监测点,在6—10月采用双帐人饵通宵诱捕法开展蚊虫调查,用描述性分析和方差分析对数据资料进行统计分析。结果 在12个监测点共捕获中华按蚊3 223只,平均密度是2.69只/(人·h)。12个监测点平均蚊密度在6月上旬上升,6月下旬[4.51只/(人·h)]达到高峰后开始下降,10月下旬[0.58只/(人·h)]密度最低。蚊密度动态呈单峰型。方差分析显示,不同监测点6—10月的中华按蚊密度存在差异(F=12.740,P<0.001),其中安州区与其余11个监测点的蚊密度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);昭化区与自流井区蚊密度差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),但与其余10个监测点差异有显著性(P<0.05);除安州区、昭化区、自流井区外的9个监测点间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中华按蚊是四川省优势蚊种,应有针对性地开展蚊密度监测,为防治工作提供参考。Objective To understand the density and seasonality of Anopheles sinensis in different malaria epidemical counties(districts) in Sichuan Province,and provide scientific basis for evaluating the retransmitted risk of the imported malaria.Methods 12 counties(districts) were selected as monitoring sites in this study,and overnight human baits trapping was used to collect mosquitoes from June to October in 2022.Descriptive analysis and variance analysis were used for statistical processing of the data.Results A total of 3 223 Anopheles sinensis were captured in the 12 sites,with the average density of 2.69 mosquitoes per hour.The average mosquito density increased at the 12 monitoring sites in early June,and then decreased after reaching the peak in late June(4.51 mosquitoes per hour).In late October,the mosquito density,0.58 mosquitoes per hour,was the lowest.The density dynamics showed a unimodal distribution.Variance analysis showed that the Anopheles sinensis densities were significantly different among different monitoring sites(F=12.740,P0.001),and Anzhou District was significantly different from the other 11 monitoring sites(P0.05).There was no significant difference in mosquito density between Zhaohua District and Ziliujing District(P0.05),but significantly difference from the other 10 survey points(P0.05).There was no significant difference among the 9 monitoring sites except for Anzhou District,Zhaohua District and Ziliujing District(P0.05).Conclusion Anopheles sinensis was the dominant species in Sichuan Province,and the density monitoring should be carried out to provide reference for the control work.
