摘　　要：目的 通过现场试验,明确10%氟铃脲饵剂对台湾乳白蚁的灭治效果。方法 在确定台湾乳白蚁巢群大体数量的基础上,给每巢台湾乳白蚁施以不同剂量的饵剂,然后观察巢群的存活情况。结果 10%氟铃脲饵剂对栖息在树木内的台湾乳白蚁巢群具有良好的灭杀效果,每巢施用饵剂100~200 g时,可在28~42 d(平均33.7 d)内将整巢台湾乳白蚁杀灭。结论 10%氟铃脲饵剂可在较短的时间里杀灭台湾乳白蚁巢群,建议对其开展进一步的研究,以促进它在白蚁防治中的应用。Objective To determine the effect of 10% chlorfluazuron bait to control the colony of Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki in field test.Methods On the basis of determining the general number of nest colony of C.formosanus,different doses of bait were applied to the nests of C.formosanus,and then the survival of the nest colony was observed.Results 10% chlorfluazuron bait showed a good elimination effect on the nest colony of C.formosanus in the trees.The whole colony of C.formosanus could be killed within 28-42 days(33.7 days on average) when 100-200 g bait was applied to one nest.Conclusion 10% chlorfluazuron bait could eliminate the C.formosanus colony in a short time.It is suggested that further study should be carried out to promote its application in termite control.
