摘　　要：心房颤动是临床上最常见的心律失常之一,在全球范围内引起了严重的医疗负担。脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]是近年来备受关注的血脂干预新靶点之一,越来越多的研究证实Lp(a)是动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的重要独立危险因素。由于Lp(a)对动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的重要影响,Lp(a)是否与心房颤动之间也存在潜在的因果联系当前也备受关注。本文对国内外Lp(a)与心房颤动相关性研究的现有进展进行了总结,发现Lp(a)可能成为心房颤动及缺血性卒中的新的重要危险因素之一。Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common cardiac arrhythmias in the clinic,bringing a substantial medical burden globally.Lipoprotein(a)is one of the new management targets of blood lipids in recent years,and more and more studies have confirmed that Lipoprotein(a)is a significant independent risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases(ASCVD).Due to the crucial effects of Lipoprotein(a)on ASCVD,whether there is a potentially causal link between Lipoprotein(a)levels and atrial fibrillation risk has attracted numerous focuses currently.This article summarizes the latest research progress on the relationship between Lipoprotein(a)and atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases worldwide,thus finding that Lipoprotein(a)may be one of the new vital risk factors for atrial fibrillation and ischemic stroke.
