摘　　要：目前,中资美元债市场受全球经济下行影响,特别是美元流动性危机,一度导致中资美元债市场出现异常起伏。这就要求中资企业要找到一条创新、绿色的债券融资新路径。本文通过对中国澳门莲花债的介绍、传统境外债券与莲花债的比较分析,发现中国澳门莲花债有望成为中资企业海外融资新路径。At present,the Chinese dollar bond market by the global economic downturn,especially the U.S.dollar liquidity crisis,once led to unusual ups and downs.This requires Chinese enterprises to find an innovative and green way of Bond financing.Through the introduction of Macao Lotus Bond,the comparative analysis of traditional overseas bond and Lotus Bond,this paper explores Macao lotus bond is expected to become a new way of overseas financing for Chinese enterprises.
