摘  要:以张家口奥体中心游泳馆金属屋面工程实例为背景,将风洞试验结果与CFD数值模拟结果进行对比,结果表明风洞试验测点数据与数值模拟结果数据整体趋势吻合较好,规律性基本一致。在此基础上,设计出三种屋盖造型,利用Fluent流体仿真软件计算出三种屋盖造型下0°~360°风向角屋盖的风压系数。为便于统计,将屋盖结构划分为9个区域,计算出局部极值风压与极值风吸力,将其风压结果输入到有限元计算软件中绘制屋面板的节点位移和Mises应力曲线并分析屋面板的力学性能。结果表明:屋盖造型会影响风荷载的变化,而且屋盖的边缘区域为受力薄弱区域,在大风天气下更容易遭受风揭破坏,需要在实际施工过程中对屋盖边缘区域进行加固处理。Taking the metal roof project of Zhangjiakou Olympic Sports Center Natatorium as the background,the wind tunnel test results are compared with the CFD numerical simulation results.The results show that the overall trend of the wind tunnel test point data and the numerical simulation results are in good agreement,and the regularity is basically consistent.On this basis,three roof shapes are designed,and the wind pressure coefficient of roof with wind direction angle of 0°~360°under three roof shapes is calculated by using Fluent fluid simulation software.For the convenience of statistics,the roof structure is divided into 9 areas,and the local extreme wind pressure and extreme wind suction are calculated.The wind pressure results are input into the finite element calculation software to check the mechanical properties of the roof panel,and the node displacement and Mises stress of the roof panel are drawn into a curve for analysis.The results show that the shape of the roof will affect the change of wind load,and the edge area of the roof is a weak stress area,which is more vulnerable to wind exposure in windy weather.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the edge area of the roof in the actual construction process.
