摘　　要：近年来,随着汽车变速器载荷的不断增加,速度不断提高,变速器的振动噪声问题变得愈发突出,成为了汽车的主要振动噪声源之一。因此,关于变速器振动噪声产生机理的研究以及对其激励源的分析具有重要的现实意义。本文通过建立齿轮传动系统模型,并构建齿轮传动系统动力学方程,对变速器的主要激励源进行了理论分析,从而获得变速器振动噪声的产生机理,为后续有针对性地采取相关具体的减振降噪措施奠定了基础。In recent years,with the increasing of the load and speed of transmission,vibration noise problems of transmission become more and more prominent,whichturn into one of the main sources of vehicle vibration noise.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the production mechanism of transmission vibration noise and the analysis of its excitation sources.In this paper,theoretical analysis of the main excitation sources of the transmission was carried outby establishing the model and the dynamic equation of gear transmission system.And the mechanism of transmission vibration noise generation was obtained,which lays a foundation for the following targeted specific measures to reduce vibration and noise.
