锦氨复合弹性长丝力学性能及可染性分析

摘  要:对自主开发的锦氨复合弹性丝的力学性能和染色性能进行了研究,采用扫描电镜对锦氨复合弹性丝的横截面和纵向结构进行了分析,测试比较了锦氨复合弹性丝和锦氨包覆丝的弹性性能和染色性能。试验表明:锦氨复合弹性丝经沸水处理后,形成弹簧状螺旋线,产生弹性,弹性回复性能接近锦氨包覆丝;锦氨复合弹性丝具有更好的色牢度和染色均匀性。The mechanical properties and dyeing properties of the self-developed polyamide-polyurethane composite elastic filaments were studied.The cross-section and longitudinal structure of the polyamidepolyurethane composite elastic filaments were analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The elastic proper⁃ties and dyeing properties of the polyamide-polyurethane composite elastic filaments and the polyamidepolyurethane coated filaments were compared.The experiment shows that the polyamide-polyurethane com⁃posite elastic filaments form spring-like helix after being treated with boiling water,which produces elastici⁃ty,and its elastic recovery performance is close to the polyamide-polyurethane coated filaments.The polyam⁃ide-polyurethane composite elastic filaments have better color fastness and dyeing uniformity.
