摘  要:为进一步提高涤纶中空纤维的异形度及生头成功率,设计了“8”字形的喷丝孔及对称半圆形排布的喷丝板,并对组件组装、纺丝冷却、拉伸、卷绕二次升速等进行工艺优化,结果表明,“8”字形涤纶中空纤维的工艺优化是成功的,通过提高中空异形度的指标值,满足客户新需求的同时,还实现了节能与提效。In order to further improve the profile of polyester hollow fibers and the success rate of head gen⁃eration,"8"shaped spinneret holes and symmetrical semi-circular spinneret were designed,and the pro⁃cesses of component assembly,spinning cooling,drawing and secondary speed raising were optimized.The results show that the process optimization of"8"shaped polyester hollow fibers is successful.By improving the index value of hollow profile degree,it can meet the new needs of customers and realize energy saving and efficiency improvement.
