摘　　要：介绍了33 dtex/36 f全消光细旦涤纶低弹网络丝(DTY)的生产技术,结果表明:提高纺丝温度、延缓冷却成形速度、选择合适的上油条件、合理控制卷绕速度、增加预取向丝(POY)预网络,加弹过程中充分考虑TiO_(2)对POY加工性能的影响,选用材质柔软的聚氨酯摩擦盘及优化组合,同时选择合适的工艺参数,可生产出优质的全消光细旦涤纶DTY。The production technology of 33 dtex/36 f fine denier and full-dull polyester draw textured yarn(DTY)was introduced.The results show that the good quality of the fine denier and full-dull polyester DTY is produced by raising spinning temperature,delaying cooling speed,selecting appropriate oiling condi⁃tions,controlling winding speed,adding pre-interlacing jet of the pre-oriented yarn(POY).Moreover,the in⁃fluence of TiO_(2) on the processing performance of POY is fully considered during the texturing process by us⁃ing low hardness PU disc as well as the optimum combination and selecting suitable process parameters.
