摘 要:采用静电电压原位测试方法,表征聚丙烯腈纤维干燥致密化及其冷却过程中静电电压的变化,研究了含油率和张力对纤维静电电压的影响,并通过动态热机械分析仪测试,探究了纤维静电产生的机制,结果表明,干燥致密化后的过程中静电电压值最大,含油率控制在1.0%,张力控制在2000 cN以下可有效降低纤维静电电压,聚丙烯腈分子链的β松弛过程中的分子链段间的摩擦是静电形成的主要原因。In-situ electrostatic voltage measurement was applied to test the electrostatic voltage change dur⁃ing and after the drying and collapsing process of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fibers.The influences of spin fin⁃ish content and the tension on the electrostatic voltage were also studied.And the mechanism of electrostat⁃ic generation of the fiber was discussed by using dynamic-mechanical analysis.The results reveal that elec⁃trostatic voltage reaches highest level after the drying and collapsing by controlling the spin finish content at 1.0%and the tension below 2000 cN can effectively reduce the electrostatic voltage of the fiber,the strong electrostatic of PAN fibers after drying and collapsing is due to PAN chains frictional activities caused by motion of segments during theβ-relaxation process.
