摘  要:聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝的预氧化过程是碳纤维制备过程中从有机结构到无机结构转变承上启下的重要阶段,对最终碳纤维产品合格率起着重要的作用。介绍了预氧化和碳化两个PAN基碳纤维的生产过程,对氧化炉不同温区的温度进行了研究,摸索出了碳纤维提速增产后氧化炉不同温区的最佳温度,按照此温度组织生产,碳纤维产品合格率达到90.76%,全年增产1.2 t。The preoxidation process of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)precursor is an important stage of the transi⁃tion from organic structure to inorganic structure in the process of carbon fiber preparation,and plays an im⁃portant role in the final qualified rate of carbon fiber products.The two production processes of preoxidation and carbonization of PAN-based carbon fibers were introduced,the temperature in different temperature zones of the oxidation furnace was studied,and the optimum temperature in different temperature zones of the oxidation furnace was found after the acceleration and production of carbon fibers.According to this temperature,the qualified rate of carbon fiber products reaches 90.76%,and the annual output increases by 1.2 tons.
