摘 要:向聚氨酯打印溶液中添加长度为0.6~0.8 mm,质量分数为1%、3%、5%的氨纶短纤维,测试氨纶短纤维对聚氨酯打印溶液的流变、3D打印面料的力学性能、耐磨性、硬挺度等的影响。结果表明:随着氨纶短纤维质量分数的增加,溶液黏度逐渐增大,氨纶短纤维质量分数为5%时,黏度为536 Pa·s;氨纶短纤维质量分数为3%时,聚氨酯3D打印面料的断裂强力最高,为57.33 N;氨纶短纤维的加入有利于改善聚氨酯3D打印面料的硬挺度和折皱弹性,当氨纶短纤维质量分数为3%时,聚氨酯3D打印面料的弯曲长度降低了44.4%、平均急弹性回复角增加了17.28%,平均缓弹性回复角增加了14.96%。Polyurethane printing solution was added with 0.6~0.8 mm in length and 1%,3%and 5%in mass fraction Spandex staple fibers.The effects of Spandex staple fibers on the rheological properties of polyurethane printing solution,mechanical properties,friction resistance and stiffness of 3D printing fabric were tested.The results show that the solution viscosity increases with the increase of the mass fraction of Spandex staple fibers.When the mass fraction of Spandex staple fibers is 5%,the viscosity is 536 Pa·s.When the mass fraction of Spandex staple fibers is 3%,the breaking strength of polyurethane 3D printing fabric is the highest,which is 57.33 N.The addition of Spandex staple fibers is helpful to improve the stiff⁃ness and fold elasticity of polyurethane 3D printing fabric.When the mass fraction of Spandex staple fibers is 3%,the bending length of polyurethane 3D printing fabric decreases by 44.4%,the average rapid elastic recovery angle increases by 17.28%,and the average slow elastic recovery angle increases by 14.96%.
