摘  要:为了改善斜齿行星齿轮系统的均载性能,结合行星齿轮功率分流传动、汇流传动及构件浮动的特点,建立系统多个齿轮齿面加载接触分析模型,进行静力学均载特性分析.该模型以安装误差和构件浮动对各齿轮副接触间隙的影响为切入点,将几何分析与力学分析紧密融合,通过数学规划与优化的方法快速得到加载后各齿轮副齿面载荷分布与构件径向浮动量.相比于目前最常用的行星轮系静力学、动力学集中质量建模方法(集中力系模型),该方法是一种分布力系模型,具有一定先进性.结果表明:构件浮动是各内(外)齿轮副相对齿面初始齿间间隙逐渐协调并趋近相等的过程,当仅考虑太阳轮、齿圈中心距安装误差影响时,其径向浮动可实现完全均载;由于轴交角安装误差导致内(外)齿轮副几何传动误差及齿面接触位置不同,因此构件浮动能改善但不能实现理想均载;该方法可为高精度斜齿轮行星传动的均载设计与分析提供理论参考.Combined with the characteristics of power split and convergence transmission and floating components of planetary helical gear,an approach of loaded tooth contact analysis of multi-gear were proposed to improve its static load sharing performances.The method took influences of aligned errors of axis and components floating on contact gaps of tooth pairs as the breakthrough point,and integrated geometric analysis with mechanical analysis,then the loads distribution on the tooth of each gear pair and the radial floating gaps values of the component were obtained by mathematical programming and optimization.Compared with the commonly static and dynamic concentrated mass modeling of planetary gear(concentrated force model),this method is a distributed force model and has some advantages.The results show that the process of components floating are actually that the initial pitch gaps of inner(outer)gears coordinate and approach to each other.In the case of sun wheel or internal ring with only center distance of axis alignment error,floating components can realize load sharing completely.In the case of components with shafts angle alignment error,floating components can improve the load sharing well,but cannot realize the load sharing completely due to the differences of both geometric transmission errors and tooth contact position between inner(outer)gear pairs caused by the error.This study provides reference for load sharing design and analysis of high precision planetary helical gear transmission system.
