摘  要:为了总结圆窗激振式人工中耳压电作动器设计的优化准则,分析了压电作动器关键设计参数对圆窗激振听力补偿性能的影响.首先,采用集总参数法构建了考虑作动器内部结构的压电作动器-人耳耦合力学模型;然后,通过与实验测量的正向、逆向传声下的镫骨速度进行对比,验证了所建模型的可靠性;最后,基于该耦合力学模型,系统分析了压电作动器的质量、耦合层刚度、支撑刚度及初始压力对圆窗激振等效声压级的影响.结果表明:压电叠堆质量及作动器外壳质量的增加都会恶化作动器高频补偿性能,耦合层刚度的增加会提升中高频段的补偿性能,支撑刚度的增加则会提升作动器低、中频段的等效声压,初始压力对圆窗激振性能影响相对较小.To provide optimization criteria for the design of the piezoelectric actuator of the round-window stimulated type middle ear implant,the influence of the key design parameters of the piezoelectric actuator on the hearing compensation performance of the round-window stimulation was theoretically studied.First,the lumped parameter method was used to construct a piezoelectric actuator-human ear coupling mechanical model considering the internal structure of the actuator.Then,the reliability of the model was verified by comparing the stapes velocity with the forward and reverse sound transmission measured by experiments.Finally,based on the coupling mechanical model,the effect of the mass,coupling layer stiffness,support stiffness and initial pressure of the piezoelectric actuator on the equivalent sound pressure level of round-window stimulation was systematically studied.The results show that the increase in the mass of the piezoelectric stack and the actuator shell deteriorates the high-frequency compensation performance of the actuator,and the increase in the stiffness of the coupling layer improves the compensation performance in the midhigh frequency range.Support stiffness mainly affects the low-mid frequency performance of the actuator,the greater the support stiffness,the greater the equivalent sound pressure in the low-mid frequency,and the pre-load of the actuator has a relatively small effect on the performance of the round-window stimulation.
