摘 要:为满足我国产业转型升级需求,势必需要大力提升职业技能供给的效能。大力推动职业本科教育发展既是完善和优化现代职教体系、彰显职业教育类型的重要举措,又是适应经济社会高质量发展需求的重要抓手。针对当前我国职业本科教育发展中产业结构转型升级、高质量教育和就业及终身发展需要等社会需求,基于职业本科教育存在的人才培养标准模糊、内涵建设支撑不足和专业设置趋同等现实困境,从职业性、高端性和技术性等方面确定职业本科教育的办学定位,提出国家“双高计划”职业院校应当在构建与职业本科发展相适应的现代职业教育培养体系、搭建多层次协同育人新型生态架构、推进内部治理等方面进行改革,进而为职业本科高质量发展提供理论支撑。In order to meet the needs of China s industrial transformation and upgrading,it is necessary to vigorously improve the efficiency of vocational skill supply.Vigorously promoting the development of vocational undergraduate education is not only an important measure to improve and optimize the modern vocational education system and highlight the types of vocational education,but also an important starting point to meet the needs of high-quality economic and social development.In view of the current social needs such as the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,high-quality education,employment and lifelong development in the development of vocational undergraduate education in China,the school-running positioning of vocational undergraduate education is determined from the aspects of professionalism,high-end and technology,and it is proposed that the national“Double-High Plan”vocational colleges should carry out reforms in the aspects of constructing a modern vocational education training system suitable for the development of vocational undergraduate education,building a new ecological structure of multi-level collaborative education,and promoting internal governance based on realistic dilemma such as vague talent training standards,insufficient support for connotation construction and convergence of professional settings in vocational undergraduate education.Then it provides theoretical support for the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate.
