摘 要:通过四步法成型原理建立锭子在纱线作用下的张力模型,然后基于Lankarani-Nikravesh模型对移锭过程进行动力学分析,最后通过分析锭子与通道的间隙,探索影响其稳定运行的最优间隙参数。研究结果表明,当锭子通道底部间隙为0.1 mm或0.2 mm,侧部间隙为0.06 mm时,运行效果最佳,可有效避免锭子卡滞现象,提高设备运行稳定性,降低设备维护成本,提高生产效率。Based on the four-step braiding method,a model of carriers under yarn tension was established.Then,the dynamics analysis of carriers moving process was conducted based on the Lankarani-Nikravesh model.Finally,by analyzing the gap between carriers and channels,the optimal gap parameters which would affect the operational stability of the carriers were explored.The results showed that when the bottom gap between carriers and channels was 0.1 mm or 0.2 mm,and the lateral gap was 0.06 mm,the carriers jamming could be effectively avoided,which could effectively reduce the equipment maintenance cost and improve the production efficiency.
