玻璃纤维直接纱增强LFT聚丙烯粒料的研究

摘　　要：通过对浸润剂配方进行升级,开发全新的362H产品用于增强聚丙烯LFT粒料工艺,对其在不同湿度下毛羽测试及粒料浸渍进行分析。研究结果表明:362H产品毛羽更少,玻纤与聚丙烯树脂结合性更好,满足客户高要求的使用工艺和机械性能。A new direct roving 362H,which was appropriate for LFT-PP,was developed.The results of the fuzz test under different humidity and pellet impregnation analysis showed that 362H products had less fuzz and good compatibilty with PP resin,which met the high requirements of customers for processing and mechanical properties.
