摘  要:以芳纶机织物为空白样,以浸环氧胶芳纶、单面碳化硅涂层芳纶、聚脲涂层芳纶为研究对象,开展了单层防刺材料的静态穿刺试验和不同种材料相同面密度的动态穿刺试验。结果表明,环氧浸胶芳纶的刺破力要高于覆碳化硅芳纶和聚脲涂层芳纶的刺破力,同时,经动态穿刺试验测试验证,环氧胶芳纶的防刺能力效果最好。最后,将环氧胶芳纶与超高分子量聚乙烯无纬布以不同比例复配后测试其防弹防刺性能,选出最优复配方案。The static puncture test of single-layer stab-proof materials and the dynamic puncture test of different materials with the same area density were carried out,with woven aramid fabrics as blank,and epoxy-impregnated aramid,silicon carbide coated aramid(on one side)and polyurea coated aramid as research objects.Finally,the bullet-proof and stab-proof properties of epoxy-impregnated aramid combined with UHMWPE weftless cloth in different ratios were tested,and the optimal combination ratio was selected.The results showed that the puncture force of epoxy impregnated aramid was higher than that of silicon carbide coated aramid and polyurea coated aramid.Meanwhile,the dynamic puncture test verified that the puncture resistance of epoxy impregnated aramid was the best.
