摘 要:对玻璃液密度测试技术进行分析,并提供一种新的玻璃液密度测定方法:基于高温玻璃液滴球形轮廓曲线积分测定玻璃液的密度。方法中,在高温下通过玻璃液滴的轮廓曲线参数,积分计算玻璃液滴的体积,并在常温下测定该玻璃的质量,用密度公式计算高温下玻璃液的密度。研究结果表明:本方法重复性精度偏差在-0.005~0.005 g/cm3以内,在升温、降温或者加热保温状态下均可测定玻璃液密度,同时也可连续温度测定。This article reviews the liquid glass density measurement technology,and provides a new method for measuring the density of liquid glass.In the method,the volume of the glass droplet is calculated integrally using the profile curve parameters of the glass droplet at high temperature,the mass of the glass is measured at normal temperature,after which the density of the liquid glass at high temperature is calculated by the density formula.The research results show that the repeatability accuracy deviation of this method is within-0.005~0.005 g/cm3.It can be used to measure the density of liquid glass under the state of heating,cooling or heat preservation,and can also be used for continuous temperature measurement.
