摘  要:随着城市的不断发展和扩张,市政排水管线老化严重、设计标准偏低、与地上建设脱节、体制不健全等问题逐步凸显,城市内涝、黑臭水体污染、路面塌陷频频发生,对人身安全及财产安全造成了一定威胁,损害了城市形象。为提升排水收集处置能力、健全管网建设管理机制,亟须彻底摸清城镇市政道路及居民区、企事业单位等全域排水管网现状,为管网规划、设计及治理工作提供可靠的数据支持,以达到有效治理排水乱象、优化环境、提升居民生活质量、加强应急处置能力的目的。本文对城镇排水管网现状调查的主要工作及调查侧重点进行分析,总结了排水管网基础属性信息、管道健康情况、混错接情况、直排口溯源等数据的采集方式,并结合所开发的排水管网地理信息系统(GIS)综合信息管理平台,阐述了管网综合数据的管理及应用方法,对今后开展类似的城镇排水管网调查工作具有参考意义。With the continuous development and expansion of the city,a series of problems such as serious aging of municipal drainage pipelines,low design standards,disconnection from above-ground construction,and imperfect system gradually become prominent.Urban waterlogging,black and smelly water pollution,and pavement collapse frequently occur,which pose a certain threat to personal and property safety and damage the image of the city.In order to improve the drainage collection and disposal capacity and improve the pipe network construction and management mechanism,it is urgent to thoroughly understand the current situation of the whole drainage network,such as urban and municipal roads,residential areas,enterprises and institutions,so as to provide reliable data support for pipe network planning,design and management,so as to effectively control the drainage disorder,optimize the environment,improve the quality of life of residents,and strengthen the emergency disposal capacity.This paper analyzed the main work and focus of the investigation of the status quo of urban drainage pipe network,summarized the collection methods of the basic attribute information of drainage pipe network,pipeline health,mixed and wrong connection,direct outlet traceability and other data,and expounded the management and application methods of the integrated data of drainage pipe network combined with the geographic information system(GIS)integrated information management platform developed.It is of reference significance to carry out similar urban drainage pipe network investigation in the future.
