摘  要:针对典型光电测试系统存在的探测光幕结构复杂,测量精度较低,靶场布设困难的问题,提出了基于探测天幕和线阵电荷耦合器件(CCD)结合测量弹丸位置的方法;根据弹丸穿过探测天幕阵列和线阵CCD的时间和图像信息,结合探测天幕阵列和线阵CCD的空间几何关系,建立了弹丸位置的计算模型;按照误差传递理论,建立弹丸位置参数的全微分误差模型,仿真分析得到弹丸位置参数的误差分布在3.5 mm之内;通过弹丸位置测试试验,与纸板靶法测量弹丸坐标进行对比,误差均小于5 mm,验证了提出的测量系统的准确性和可行性。Aiming at the problems of complex structure of detecting light curtain,low measurement precision and complex shooting range layout exist in typical photoelectric test system,a method of measuring projectile position based on detection sky screen and linear array CCD is proposed.According to the time and image information of the projectile passing through the detecting sky screen array and the linear array CCD,combined with the spatial geometric relationship between the detecting sky screen array and the linear array CCD,the calculation model of the projectile position is established.According to the error transfer theory,the full differential error model of projectile position parameters is established,and the error distribution of projectile position parameters is within 3.5 mm by simulation analysis.Through the projectile position test,compared with the cardboard target method to measure the projectile coordinates,the errors are less than 5 mm,which verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed measurement system.
