摘　　要：国际政经格局加快调整背景下,中日韩产业合作面临脱钩断链、高技术产业合作受限等诸多挑战,中美博弈长期化将给中国产业升级带来持续的压力,寻求中日韩产业合作新思路新策略意义重大。本文通过梳理当前中日韩已形成的产业发展格局,分析新形势下中日韩产业合作面临的新挑战新机遇,提出新形势下促进中日韩产业合作的思路、原则与路径。中日韩应共同维护三国经贸关系稳定大局,以“产业互补,差异化发展”为基本原则,推动中国与日韩产业合作,增强战略捆绑和利益纠缠,防止脱钩断链。要突破传统合作模式思维的束缚,培育壮大新的合作增长点,重点推动半导体、汽车、数字经济、绿色低碳、健康养老和人文交流等领域的产业合作,要加强中日韩产业链深度嵌套,充分发挥好日韩产业在全球价值链中高端优势,以高科技领域产业合作带动中国产业实现转型升级,推动中国产业向全球价值链中高端跃升。Under the background of accelerated adjustment of the international political and economic pattern,China-Japan-South Korea industrial cooperation is facing many challenges such as decoupling and chain breaking,and restrictions on high-tech industrial cooperation,and the long-term game between China and the United States will bring continuous pressure to China’s industrial upgrading,and it is of great significance to seek new ideas and strategies for China-Japan-South Korea industrial cooperation.By sorting out the current industrial development pattern that has been formed in China,Japan and South Korea,this paper analyzes the new challenges and opportunities facing industrial cooperation between China,Japan and South Korea under the new situation,and puts forward the ideas,principles and paths for promoting industrial cooperation between China,Japan and South Korea under the new situation.China,Japan and South Korea should jointly maintain the overall stability of the economic and trade relations among the three countries,take“industrial complementarity and differentiated development”as the basic principle,promote industrial cooperation between China and Japan and South Korea,strengthen strategic binding and entanglement of interests,prevent decoupling and chain breakage,break through the shackles of traditional cooperation mode thinking,cultivate and expand new cooperation growth points,and focus on promoting industrial cooperation in the fields of semiconductors,automobiles,digital economy,green and low-carbon,healthy elderly care and people-to-people exchanges,and it is necessary to strengthen the deep nesting of China,Japan and South Korea industrial chains,give full play to the advantages of Japanese and Korean industries in the high-end of the global value chain,drive the transformation and upgrading of Chinese industries with industrial cooperation in the high-tech field,and promote China’s industries to leap to the middle and high end of the global value chain.
