摘 要:本试验以16个漯系列甘薯品种为材料,设置3个NaCl浓度(100、150、200 mmol/L)处理,采用盆栽方式研究盐胁迫下幼苗14个农艺性状的差异,并运用相关性分析、主成分分析、隶属函数和聚类分析方法分析各农艺性状的相关性,评价其耐盐性并进行聚类。结果表明:随着盐浓度增加,不同甘薯品种幼苗的盐害程度呈现不同变化,其中150 mmol/L盐胁迫下甘薯幼苗各指标与对照相比均已达到显著差异,可作为耐盐性评价的适宜盐浓度;相关性分析显示,除生长量、顶3—顶8节间总长外的12个性状指标均存在不同程度的相关性;通过主成分分析,将12个单项指标的胁迫系数降维转换成4个独立的综合指标,其能反映原始信息的82.660%;在隶属函数基础上,运用聚类分析将16个甘薯品种分成4类:Ⅰ类为极耐盐品种(5个)、Ⅱ类为耐盐品种(3个)、Ⅲ类为弱耐盐品种(2个)、Ⅳ类为盐敏感品种(6个);根据D值大小筛选出3个耐盐性强的品种(漯薯11、漯苏薯17号和漯薯13号)。该研究结果丰富了耐盐甘薯种质资源,也可为甘薯苗期耐盐性评价鉴定提供理论参考。In this experiment,16 sweet potato varieties of Luo series were used as materials,and three NaCl concentrations(100,150,200 mmol/L)were set to study the differences in 14 agronomic traits of seed-lings under salt stress by potted methods.The correlation analysis,principal component analysis,membership function and cluster analysis were used to analyze the correlation of various agronomic traits,evaluate their salt tolerance,and perform clustering.The results showed that as the concentration of salt increased,the de-gree of salt damage to different variety seedlings had different changes.The various indicators of sweet potato seedlings under 150 mmol/L NaCl stress had reached significant differences compared to the control,which could be used as the appropriate salt concentration for evaluating salt tolerance.Correlation analysis showed that there were varying degrees correlations among 12 personality indicators except growth amount and total length from the top 3 to top 8 internodes.Through principal component analysis,the stress coefficients of the 12 single indicators were converted into 4 independent comprehensive indicators,which could reflect 82.660%of the original information.Based on the membership function,the 16 sweet potato varieties were divided into 4 categories by cluster analysis.CategoryⅠincluded 5 extremely salt-resistant varieties,cate-goryⅡincluded 3 salt-resistant varieties,categoryⅢincluded 2 weak salt-resistant varieties and categoryⅣincluded 6 salt sensitive varieties.Three varieties(Luoshu 11,Luosushu 17,Luoshu 13)with strong salt resistance were selected according to the D value.The research results enriched the germplasm resources of salt tolerant sweet potatoes and could provide theoretical reference for the evaluation and identification of salt tolerance at seedling stage.
