摘 要:温室条件下研究5个不同生长特性花生品种(豫花9326、豫花9327、漯花4087、漯花4016和新百花16)苗期农艺性状、光合特性和光响应曲线差异及不同光响应曲线拟合模型的拟合效果。结果表明,豫花9326株高显著高于其它品种;漯花4087、漯花4016植株鲜重和豫花9326无显著差异,但显著高于其它品种;漯花4016植株干重最大,显著高于豫花9327和新百花16。漯河4016叶片叶绿素(Chl)指数显著高于其它品种,但各品种间类黄酮化合物(Flav)指数和氮平衡指数(NBI)无显著差异。豫花9327苗期叶片Pn与WUE呈显著正相关,其它4个品种呈极显著正相关;5个品种苗期叶片Pn、WUE与Ci均呈极显著负相关,Tr与Gs均呈极显著正相关;新百花16叶片Pn与Gs呈极显著正相关。4种光响应曲线拟合模型对5个花生品种Pn-PAR曲线及特征参数的拟合比较得出,直角双曲线修正模型拟合值与实测值偏差最小,相关系数均大于0.96,拟合效果最好。该模型拟合曲线相应特征参数中,漯花4087暗呼吸速率(R_(d))和光补偿点(LCP)最高;漯花4016暗呼吸速率(R_(d))和光补偿点(LCP)最低,光饱和点(LSP)和最大净光合速率(A_(max))最高;豫花9326的表观量子效率(AQE)最高。综上,花生干物质积累不仅取决于高的净光合速率,还取决于低的暗呼吸速率。Five peanut varieties(Yuhua 9326,Yuhua 9327,Luohua 4087,Luohua 4016 and Xin-baihua 16)with different growth characteristics were used as material to study the differences of agronomic traits,photosynthetic characteristics,light response curves at seedling stage and the fitting effects of different light response curve fitting models.The results showed that the plant height of Yuhua 9326 was significantly higher than that of the other varieties.The plant fresh weight of Luohua 4087,Luohua 4016 and Yuhua 9326 had no significant differences,but significantly higher than that of the other varieties.The plant dry weight of Luohua 4016 was the largest,and significantly higher than that of Yuhua 9327 and Xinbaihua 16.Chlorophyll(Chl)index of Luohe 4016 was significantly higher than that of other cultivars,but there were no significant differences in flavonoids(Flav)index and nitrogen balance index(NBI)among the cultivars.The correlation between Pn and WUE of Yuhua 9327 at seedling stage was significantly positive,while that of the other four varieties was extremely significantly positive.At seedling stage,Pn,WUE and Ci of five varieties were ex-tremely significantly negatively correlated,and Tr and Gs were extremely significantly positively correlated;Pn and Gs had significantly positive correlation only in Xinbaihua 16.The fitting results of Pn-PAR curves and characteristic parameters of the five peanut varieties with four light response curve fitting models showed that the deviation between fitting value and measured value of rectangular hyperbola correction model was the smal-lest,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.96,so it had the best fitting effect.In that correspond characteristic parameters of the model fit curve,the dark respiration rate(R_(d))and light compensation point(LCP)of Luohua 4087 were the highest.Luohua 4016 had the lowest Rd and LCP,but the highest light satu-ration point(LSP)and the maximum net photosynthetic rate(A_(max)).The apparent quantum efficiency(AQE)of Yuhua 9326 was the hi
