摘 要:本试验以二年生越橘‘蓝丰’为材料,研究中度干旱胁迫下不同浓度外源一氧化氮(NO)对越橘幼苗叶片生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,不同浓度外源NO处理越橘叶片可溶性糖(SS)含量、可溶性蛋白(SP)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均随着干旱胁迫时间延长整体上呈现逐渐上升趋势,且多以胁迫9 d时最高,而丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))含量和超氧阴离子O_(2)^(-)·产生速率与CK2(干旱胁迫)相比则逐渐降低。喷施不同浓度NO降低干旱胁迫对越橘叶片膜系统以及光系统的伤害,增加中度干旱胁迫下越橘叶片的SP、SS含量和Pro积累,降低MDA含量,缓解H_(2)O_(2)含量增加,降低O_(2)^(-)·产生速率,提高叶片SOD和POD活性。对越橘叶片各项生理生化指标进行主成分分析得出,不同浓度外源NO处理(SNP浓度,μmol/L)抗旱性排序为T4(400)>T5(500)>T3(300)>T2(200)>T1(100)。表明外源NO参与了中度干旱胁迫下越橘幼苗的生理响应,并且具有明显的浓度效应,其中400μmol/L SNP对中度干旱胁迫的缓解效果最好。The effects of different concentrations of exogenous nitric oxide(NO)on the leaf physiological and biochemical characteristics of blueberry seedlings under moderate drought stress were explored using 2-year-old blueberry‘Bluecrop’as experimental material.The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar(SS),soluble protein(SP),proline(Pro)and activities of peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)of blueberry leaves treated with different concentrations of exogenous NO showed a gradually upward trend as a whole with the extension of drought stress time,and most of them were the highest on the 9th day af-ter stress.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA),hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))and superoxide anion free radical(O_(2)^(-)·)production rate decreased gradually compared with CK2(drought stress).Spraying different concentrations of exogenous NO reduced the damage of drought stress to the membrane system and photosystem of blueberry leaves,increased the SP,SS content and Pro accumulation in blueberry leaves under moderate drought stress,reduced the MDA content,alleviated the increase of H_(2)O_(2)content,reduced the production rate of O_(2)^(-)·,and improved the activities of SOD and POD in leaves.The physiological and biochemical indexes of blueberry leaves were obtained by principal component analysis,the order of drought resistance of different concentrations of exogenous NO(SNP concentration,μmol/L)was T4(400)>T5(500)>T3(300)>T2(200)>T1(100).The results showed that exogenous NO was involved in the physiological response of blue-berry seedlings under moderate drought stress,and had obvious concentration effect,among which 400μmol/L SNP had the best alleviating effect on mitigating moderate drought stress.
