摘　　要：本研究采用浸叶法测定了10种杀虫剂对悬铃木方翅网蝽成虫和若虫的毒力,并开展了高效药剂联合毒力评价及打孔注射法对悬铃木方翅网蝽的田间防治效果研究。毒力测定结果表明,甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、噻虫嗪、联苯菊酯、呋虫胺、阿维菌素、螺虫乙酯对方翅网蝽毒力相对较高,对成虫的LC_(50)值分别为2.525、5.823、6.665、7.659、8.361、9.679 mg/L,对若虫的LC_(50)值分别为1.145、4.686、4.435、5.406、2.781、6.918 mg/L。甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐与噻虫嗪有效成分量以1∶2的比例混配对悬铃木方翅网蝽的增效作用最为显著,共毒系数达157.37。田间试验结果表明,5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂与10%噻虫嗪微乳剂混配(有效成分配比1∶2)10 mL/棵、15 mL/棵处理对悬铃木方翅网蝽的防效相对较好,药后10 d防效达80%以上,药后20 d和30 d防效保持90%以上,5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂与10%噻虫嗪微乳剂混配5 mL/棵、10%噻虫嗪微乳剂10 mL/棵、22.4%螺虫乙酯悬浮剂5 mL/棵处理药后20 d和30 d防效在80%左右。In this study,the toxicity of ten pesticides to adults and nymphs of Corythucha ciliate were measured using toxic leaf method,and then the co-toxicity of emamectin benzoate and thiamethoxam was eval-uated and their control effects were analyzed by injecting pesticides into trunk.The toxicity results showed that emamectin benzoate,thiamethoxam,bifenthrin,dinotefuran,abamectin and spirotetramat had higher toxicity to C.ciliate with the LC_(50) value as 2.525,5.823,6.665,7.659,8.361 and 9.679 mg/L to adults,and the LC_(50) value as 1.145,4.686,4.435,5.406,2.781 and 6.918 mg/L to nymphs,respectively.The mixed pro-portion screening results indicated that emamectin benzoate mixed with thiamethoxam at the ratio of 1∶2 had the highest co-toxicity coefficient as 157.37.The field trial results showed that emamectin benzoate 5%ME mixed with thiamethoxam 10%ME(the ratio of active ingredient was 1∶2)were suitable for controlling C.ciliate,and the control effects of 10 mL/tree and 15 mL/tree treatments were all above 80%after 10 days of applica-tion and were all above 90%after 20~30 days.The control effects of 5 mL/tree treatment of emamectin benzoate 5%ME mixed with thiamethoxam 10%ME,10 mL/tree treatment of thiamethoxam 10%ME and 5 mL/tree treatment of spirotetramat 22.4%SC reached to about 80%after 20~30 days application.
