摘　　要：为构建满足简捷性与完备性的反映灌区高质量发展现状的评价指标体系,以甘肃省某大型灌区和某中型灌区为例,从用水水平、管理水平、工程状况、种植结构及灌区生态5个方面建立了大中型灌区高质量发展现状评价指标体系,包含23个指标。采用层次分析法和熵权法分别确定各指标权重,利用线性加权法确定综合权重。开展灌区高质量发展现状评价指标体系的实例应用,结果表明:1)该评价指标体系能够较好地反映大中型灌区高质量发展现状,评价指标体系科学合理;2)国家在持续推进大中型灌区续建配套改造项目建设的同时要及时对灌区发展现状进行合理评价,确保灌区高质量发展。In order to build an evaluation index system that meets the requirements of simplicity and completeness and reflects the high⁃quali⁃ty development status of the irrigation area,taking a large and medium⁃sized irrigation area in Gansu Province as an example.A high⁃quality development status evaluation index system for large and medium⁃sized irrigation areas had been established from five aspects:water use lev⁃el,management level,engineering status,planting structure,and irrigation area ecology,including 23 indicators.The weights of each indi⁃cator were determined by using the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,and the comprehensive weights were determined by using the linear weighting method.The application of the evaluation index system for the high⁃quality development status of irrigation areas was carried out.The results show that a)the evaluation index system can better reflect the current situation of high⁃quality development in large and medium⁃sized irrigation areas,and the evaluation index system is scientific and reasonable;b)while continuously promoting the construc⁃tion of supporting renovation projects for large and medium⁃sized irrigation areas,the country should promptly and reasonably evaluate the cur⁃rent development status of irrigation areas to ensure high⁃quality development.
