摘  要:考虑宁蒙河段减淤要求,以龙羊峡、刘家峡、黑山峡水库为调控主体,开展黄河上游梯级水库汛期增泄联合调度研究,分析有、无黑山峡水库时汛期增泄对龙羊峡、刘家峡梯级水库发电量的影响。为同时满足上下游水库的调度要求,计算过程中需根据下游水库蓄水情况和调度需求对上游水库水位进行调整。结果表明,仅利用龙刘梯级水库进行汛期增泄,会加剧凌汛期水库发电与防凌调度之间的矛盾,严重降低两库凌汛期和非汛期的发电量;利用黑山峡水库反调节作用开展龙刘黑梯级水库联合调度,不仅可以实现汛期增泄、满足宁蒙河段减淤要求,还可有效缓解龙刘梯级水库发电与防凌调度之间的矛盾,大幅度提高龙刘梯级水库凌汛期的发电量,从而提高龙刘梯级水库全年发电量。In this paper,a joint power generation operation of cascade reservoirs in the upper Yellow River was carried out with consideration of the requirement of increasing discharge from cascade reservoirs during flood season for deposition reduction in the Ningxia⁃Inner Mongolia reach of the Yellow River.The influences of the increasing discharge during flood season to the power generation of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia cascade reservoirs were analyzed in the cases with and without the Heishanxia Reservoir respectively.In order to meet the operation require⁃ments of upstream and downstream reservoirs,the water level of upstream reservoirs should be adjusted according to the storage and operation requirements of downstream reservoirs in the calculation of cascade reservoirs operation.The results show that if the discharge from cascade reservoirs during flood season is increased only by the Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs,the contradiction between power generation and ice⁃run flood control operations will be aggravated,which can lead to an obvious reduction of the power generation of the two reservoirs during ice⁃run flood and non⁃flood season.Because of the reverse regulation of Heishanxia Reservoir,the joint operation of Longyangxia,Liujiaxia and Heishanxia cascade reservoirs can not only increase the discharge from the cascade reservoirs during flood season and meet the deposition reduction in the Ningxia⁃Inner Mongolia reach,but also can alleviate the conflicts between power generation and ice⁃run flood control opera⁃tion effectively,which can increase the power generation of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs during ice⁃run flood season significantly,so as to improve the annual power generation of the two reservoirs.
