摘 要:2000年以来黄河上游来水形势、宁蒙河段河道状况和凌情发生了较大变化,而凌汛期正值青海省用电高峰,水力发电所需水量大,迫切需要开展凌汛期龙羊峡、刘家峡水库优化调度研究。通过分析凌汛期水库调度、气温变化和河道条件等对黄河凌情的影响,研究确定黄河宁蒙河段适宜封河流量、开河关键期压减水库下泄流量的时机和力度,提出了龙羊峡、刘家峡水库封开河关键期优化调度建议,并在此基础上编制多种情景(上游来水、气温类型和河道条件组合)下,龙羊峡、刘家峡水库优化调度预案。2019—2020年度、2022—2023年度在汛期来水分别偏多、偏少情况下水库优化调度实践表明,凌汛期优化调度方案可以在保证黄河宁蒙河段防凌安全的前提下,明显提高黄河上游梯级水库群发电效益。Since 2000,there have been significant changes in the inflow situation of the upper reaches of the Yellow River,the river condi⁃tions of the Ningxia⁃Inner Mongolia section,and the characteristics of ice⁃run conditions.The ice flood season coincides with the peak elec⁃tricity consumption in Qinghai Province,and the water demand for hydroelectric power generation is high.It is urgent to carry out research on the optimal operation of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs during the ice flood season.By analyzing the impact of reservoir operation,tem⁃perature changes,and river channel conditions during the ice flood season on the ice flow situation of the Yellow River,this study determined the appropriate timing and intensity of river closure flow and reducing reservoir discharge flow during the critical period of river opening in the Ningxia⁃Inner Mongolia section of the Yellow River.Suggestions for optimizing the operation of the key period of river closure and opening in Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs and their specific application indicators were proposed.Based on this,it prepared optimization schedu⁃ling plans for Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs under various scenarios(combination of upstream inflow,temperature types,and river conditions).The practice of optimizing reservoir operation during the 2019 to 2020 and 2022 to 2023 ice flood seasons with excessive or in⁃sufficient inflow shows that the optimized operation plan during the ice flood season can significantly improve the comprehensive benefits of cascade reservoirs in the upper reaches of the Yellow River while ensuring the safety of ice prevention in the Ningxia⁃Inner Mongolia section of the Yellow River.
