摘 要:为全面认识黄河流域地下水储量变化规律,合理开发利用地下水资源,基于GRACE卫星数据和GLDAS数据,运用M-K趋势分析、相关性分析和随机森林算法分析2003—2021年黄河流域地下水储量时空变化特征和驱动因素,结果表明:2003—2021年黄河流域地下水储量表现为极显著下降趋势,其中下游地区的地下水储量等效水高降幅最大(1.4 cm/a);多年平均地下水储量变化空间分布整体表现为上游到下游地区地下水储量降幅逐渐增大;植被覆盖度增大是黄河流域中游地区地下水储量下降的主要影响因素,下游地区地下水储量下降可能与土地利用类型的变化有关。In order to comprehensively understand the variation law of groundwater storage in the Yellow River Basin and rationally develop and utilize regional groundwater resources,based on GRACE satellite data and GLDAS data,this paper applied M-K trend analysis,correla⁃tion analysis and random forest algorithm to analyze the spatial⁃temporal variation characteristics and driving factors of groundwater storage in the Yellow River Basin from 2003 to 2021.The results show that:from 2003 to 2021,groundwater storage in the Yellow River Basin has an extremely significant decline trend,and the decrease of groundwater storage in the lower reaches is the largest(1.4 cm/a).The spatial distri⁃bution of annual average groundwater storage in the Yellow River Basin from 2003 to 2021 shows a gradual increase in the decrease of ground⁃water storage in the upper reaches to the lower reaches.Vegetation restoration is the main factor of groundwater storage change in the middle reaches of the Yellow River Basin from 2003 to 2021,while the decrease of groundwater storage in the lower reaches of the Yellow River Ba⁃sin may be related to the change of land use types.
