摘  要:针对水轮机结构复杂、设计难度较大、信息冗杂等问题,提出基于BIM+数值模拟的混流式水轮机设计方案。以HLFN-LJ-930混流式水轮机为例,分析BIM技术在设计阶段的应用机理,探讨BIM与数值模拟数据交互的途径,之后借助流体力学软件Fluent,采用RNG k-ε模型和SIMPLE算法对水轮机进行CFD数值仿真计算分析。结果表明:利用BIM协同工作、信息整合、可视化、碰撞检测等功能可有效减少水轮机设计过程中的不协调现象,提高设计质量和效率;利用Inventor内部API接口进行BIM与数值模拟软件的信息传输,可提高模型数据的完整性。通过数值模拟可知蜗壳内部流体流动情况良好,导叶头部有局部高压现象,转轮叶片背部和尾水管进口有局部负压区域,易发生空化现象,需进一步深化设计以提高其水力性能。In view of the complex structure,difficulty in design and miscellaneous information of the turbine,a design scheme of the Francis turbine based on BIM+numerical simulation was proposed.Taking the HLFN⁃LJ⁃930 Francis flow turbine as an example,the application mechanism of BIM technology in the design stage was analyzed,and the way of BIM and numerical simulation data interaction was discussed.Then,with the help of fluid dynamics software Fluent,the RNG k⁃εmodel and SIMPLE algorithm were used to carry out CFD numerical sim⁃ulation calculation and analysis of the turbine.The results show that the use of BIM collaborative work,information integration,visualization,collision detection and other functions can effectively solve various incongruity phenomena in the process of hydraulic turbine design,improve the design quality and efficiency.The information transmission of BIM and numerical simulation software is carried out by Inventor internal API interface,which improves the integrity of model data.The numerical simulation results show that the fluid flow inside the volute is good,there is local high pressure phenomenon at the head of the guide vane,and there is local negative pressure area at the back of the runner blade and the inlet of the tail pipe,which is prone to cavitation phenomenon.Further design is needed to improve its hydraulic performance.
