海军某部基层官兵心理健康水平与主观幸福感关系:心理韧性的调节效应

摘　　要：目的了解海军基层官兵心理健康现状及主观幸福感水平,探讨海军基层官兵主观幸福感与心理健康的关系,为提高基层官兵幸福指数提供理论依据。方法采用中文修订的心理韧性量表(CD⁃RISC)、症状自评量表(SCL⁃90)、主观幸福感量表对海军某部2695名基层官兵进行问卷调查。结果海军某部基层官兵心理问题的发生率为10.56%;女军人心理问题的发生率(16.98%)高于男军人(9.96%),但均显著低于2016年海军常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);官兵心理健康水平、主观幸福感和心理韧性水平均良好,且心理健康水平显著高于2016年海军常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经相关性分析,心理健康、主观幸福感和心理韧性3个维度中,任意2个维度间均显著相关(P<0.01)。心理韧性在心理健康水平对主观幸福感的影响中起调节作用。结论海军某部基层官兵心理健康水平和主观幸福感现状较好,且心理韧性越强,心理健康水平越高,主观幸福感指数越高;心理韧性能缓冲心理健康问题对海军基层官兵主观幸福感的不利影响。Objective To investigate the current status of mental health and the level of subjective well⁃being of the navy grass⁃roots officers and men,explore the relationship between subjective well⁃being and mental health,so as to provide theoretical evidence for improving the happiness indexes of the grass⁃roots officers and men.A questionnaire survey was performed among the 2695 grassroots officers and men in a certain navy unit.Results The rate of psychological disorders in the grass⁃roots officers and men was 10.56%and the rate of such disorders among the females was 16.98%,which was significantly higher than that of the males(9.96%),but significantly lower than that of the navy norm established in 2016.The levesl of mental health,sense of subjective well⁃being and the level of psychological resilience were all good,and the level of mental health was significantly higher than that of the Navy norm.Through related analyses,any two dimensions of mental health were closely correlated with one another in the 3 dimentions of mental health,sense of subjective well⁃being and psychological resilience(P<0.01).Psychological resilience played a regulatory role in the impact of mental health on the sense of subjective well⁃being.Conclusion The status quo of mental health and sense of subjective well⁃being of the grass⁃roots officers and men in the navy department is relatively good,and the stronger the psychological resilience,the higher the level of mental health and the higher the sense of subjective well⁃being indexes.Mental resilience could adjust the relationship between mental health and sense of subjective well⁃being,demonstrating that mental toughness could alleviate the adverse effects of mental health problems on the sense of subjective well⁃being in the navy grass⁃roots officers and men.
