摘 要:目的通过调查工作压力、职业认同及职业倦怠在军队医院护士中的表现形式,探究三者的相互关系及对军队医院护士的影响方式。方法采用基础情况量表(自编)、护士工作压力源量表、护士职业认同评定量表及职业倦怠量表(服务行业版)对上海某军队医院护士进行便利抽样调查,所得结果使用SPSS 25.0软件进行统计分析。结果军队医院护士工作压力总分达到(74.46±14.27)分,处于中高度压力水平。护士职业认同总分(102.75±18.35)分,处于中等以上水平,其中职业评价项目分值最高。护士的职业倦怠得分中,情感衰竭项目为(19.30±10.45)分,去人格化项目为(7.27±5.93)分,低成就感项目为(27.40±9.60)分。工作压力各项得分与职业倦怠中情感衰竭项目、去人格化项目呈正相关,相关度中等;与职业认同、低成就感项目呈负相关,相关度中等。职业认同项目得分与职业倦怠中的情感衰竭、去人格化项目呈负相关,相关度中等,而与低成就感项目呈正相关,相关度中等。结论军队医院护士的职业倦怠处于中高度水平,可通过工作压力和职业认同的调节来进行干预。Objective To explore the mutual relationship and impact of work stress,professional identity and job burnout in this special population by investigating their manifestations among the nurses in military hospitals.Methods Convenient sampling survey was performed among the nurses of a certain military hospital in Shanghai by using self-compiled basic scale,nurse work stress source scale,nurse professional identity rating scale and job burnout scale(service industry version).The obtained results were analyzed by using SPSS 25.0 software.Results The total work stress of the nurses in the military hospital was as high as 74.46±14.27,which was within the range of moderate to high stress level.The total scores of professional identity of the nurses was 102.75±18.35,which was within the range of higher than the medium level,of which the scores of career evaluation items ranked the first.Of the scores of job burnout for the nurses,the scores of emotional exhaustion were 19.30±10.45,the scores of depersonalization were 7.27±5.93 and those of low sense of achievement were 27.40±9.60.There was a cause and effect relationship between job stress,professional identity and job burnout,which could well predict some items in job burnout.Conclusion The level of job burnout among the nurses in the military hospital is at a modferate to high level,which could be intervened through the adjustment between work stress and professional identity.
