孕期营养指导对IVF⁃ET助孕孕妇体重及新生儿结局影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探究孕期营养指导对体外受精⁃胚胎移植(IVF⁃ET)助孕孕妇体重、妊娠并发症发生情况及新生儿结局的影响。方法选择2020年1至12月在上海海军军医大学第一附属医院登记建卡,进行规律围产期保健的IVF⁃ET助孕孕妇220例,数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各110例。对照组采用常规围产期保健护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上,给予孕期营养膳食指导及体重指导。比较2组间孕妇的体重、妊娠发生情况和新生儿结局。结果随着妊娠周期观察组孕妇的体重低于对照组,妊娠并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组在新生儿早产情况方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是观察组巨大儿和低体重儿的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对IVF⁃ET助孕孕妇进行营养和运动指导,可以使孕妇的体重增长更加合理,降低妊娠并发症的发生率,同时减少巨大儿和低体重儿的发生,改善新生儿结局。Objective To explore the effects of nutritional guidance during pregnancy on the weight,pregnancy and maternal and infant outcomes after in vitro fertilization⁃embryo transfer(IVF⁃ET).Methods 220 pregnancy women who underwent perinatal care in the Department of Obstetrics,Changhai Hospital from January to December 2020 were registered for study and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each consisting of 110.The control group received routine perinatal care,while the observation group was given nutrition and diet guidance as well as weight guidance during pregnancy on the basis of routine nursing.Body weight,pregnancy complications and fetal outcomes during pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results The body weight of the pregnant women in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the rate of complications was also lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in premature birth of the newborns,when comparisons were made between the 2 groups,however,the rates of macrosomia and low birth weight in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutrition guidance during pregnancy on IVF⁃ET women could make maternal weight gain more reasonable,reduce the rate of pregnancy complications,and at the same time,decrease the rates of macrosomia and low birth weight infants and improve their outcomes.
