摘 要:化工单元操作实训课程考核评价标准按照学生既是学生又是准职业人的要求,采用科学的评价方法,确定合理的、适应现在企业岗位要求的评价指标,促进学生德技并修,为教师教学质量的提升赋能,培养出社会认可度高的专业人才。文章建议从国家、学校、企业、教师等层次入手,进一步完善学生的综合能力和素养评价方式,构建考核评价共同体,形成可对比的成长手册,打通“双师型”教师的快速成长通道,考核内容的设计需要进一步科学化与规范化,引入第三方监管机制等。According to the requirements that students are both students and quasi professionals,the assessment and evaluation standards for chemical Unit operation practical training courses adopt scientif ic evaluation methods to determine reasonable evaluation indicators that meet the requirements of current enterprise posts,promote students to learn both morality and technology,empower teachers to improve teaching quality,and cultivate professional talents with high social recognition.The article suggests starting from the levels of the country,schools,enterprises,teachers,etc.,further improving the comprehensive ability and literacy evaluation methods of students,constructing an assessment and evaluation community,forming a comparable growth manual,opening up the fast growth channel for“dual teacher”teachers,designing assessment content that needs to be further scientif ic and standardized,and introducing third-party regulatory mechanisms.
