摘 要:主要对底部边缘锚固和底部中心锚固这两种气顶升平衡方式进行介绍。并从气顶升总重量、顶升过程钢丝绳张力、拱顶受力等因素进行计算对比分析。最后发现,采用边缘锚固法会对拱顶产生向内弯折的作用,而中心锚固法则产生向外劈分的作用。为解决这类影响,当采用边缘锚固法时,建议应在拱顶中心位置增加配重,来抵消平衡系统造成的拱起变形。同时应注意加固罐壁竖向预埋件,并在拱顶衬板开孔处填充过渡材料,以防止顶升过程中顶板对钢丝绳造成的磨损;当采用中心锚固法时,应在拱顶边缘处增加配重,来抵消平衡系统造成的外翻变形。This paper mainly introduces the bottom edge anchoring and bottom center anchoring balancing systems.The total weight of gas jacking,tension of wire rope during jacking,stress of vault and other factors are calculated and compared.Finally,it is found that the edge anchoring method will produce inward bending effect on the vault,while the center anchoring method will produce outward splitting effect.Thus,when edge anchorage is used,it is recommended that counterweights be added to the center of the vault to offset the arch deformation caused by the balancing system.At the same time,attention should be paid to reinforcing the vertical embedded parts of the tank wall and f illing the holes of the vault lining plate with transition materials to prevent the wear of the wire rope.When central anchoring is used,counterweights should be added at the edge of the vault to offset the valgus deformation caused by the balancing system.
